McDonald’s™ will name the Kids 1km race of Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon for another year, renewing the successful cooperation with the only international Larnaka Marathon that got more than 5,000 participants on its first year, a cooperation that might reveal even more surprises for the participants this year!
The Organizing Committee of Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon is delighted and honored to announce the renewal of the cooperation with McDonald’s™, as contributing, social responsibility and conscientiousness are non-negotiable principles for McDonald’s™ at an international level and they are directly combined to its actions. A basic pillar of its philosophy is to contribute to the communities it is present aiming to improve the quality of life and create a better future.
The 1km race, McDonald’s™ Kids Race 1km is addressed to kids who wish to participate and McDonalds™ is investing in various social programs and initiatives that are related to sports, taking care of their mental and physical health. Staying true to its philosophy, McDonald’s™ renewed the sponsorship of the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon.
Sports is an imperative and needs to be integrated to our way of life. This is the message that the McDonald’s™ company is trying to transfer to parents and kids through its actions and the sponsorship of the McDonald’s™ Kids Race 1km.
Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon is taking place on Sunday 18 November 2018 and it includes a Marathon Race (42,195km), Half Marathon Race (21,095km), 10km, 5km corporate race, 5km individual race and the McDonald’s™ Kids Race 1km as well as 1km Fun Race for adults.
