GDEV, the gaming and entertainment powerhouse previously taking part in the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon under the name of studio Nexters, is set to strengthen its dedication to the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, emphasizing its role as a primary sponsor for Cyprus’ foremost sports event. Come November 19, 2023, the globally recognized video game developer will take part in the event’s 6th edition.
In line with its annual tradition and as part of its corporate responsibility, GDEV will host the “You Run! We Donate” initiative, emphasizing the importance of community and generosity. For every participant that reaches the finish line, GDEV pledges to donate €1. The accumulated sum will be generously directed to the Social Grocery Store of the Municipality of Larnaka, further aiding families in financial distress. The success of the marathon directly influences the contribution, with more runners equating to a larger donation to the Larnaka Social Grocery.
Neighboring to the start line, GDEV will set up a dedicated stand to engage and celebrate with attendees, highlighting the camaraderie and unity this sports festival brings to Cyprus annually.

The 6th Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon is ready to welcome again thousands of runners this year. The beach of Finikoudes is the starting point on Sunday, November 19, 2023. There, athletes from all over the world will be part of the biggest sports celebration on the island, participating in one of its 7 routes. The program starts with the basic route of the Marathon Road (42,195 km), the Half Marathon (21,095 km) and the 10 km road race. Four more races follow: the 5km road race, the 5 km company race, the Fun Race 1km for adults and the McDonald’s™ Kids Race 1km for the children.
