We are currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and highly skilled Head of Administration to join our team and become a member of the largest group of sports events!

Who We Are

Eleven Blue Events is the organizer of the two biggest sports events in Cyprus, the OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO and the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon. 

Twice a year, Eleven Blue Events, host thousands of runners and visitors, to offer exceptional sports and entertainment experiences. 

The Head of Administration responsibilities are: 

• Day-to-day communication with clients over the community channels (phone, email, chat systems). 
• Operates and manages the sports events task (databases, website, CRM, etc). 
• Directing issues to designated people or departments and follow them up until they are resolved 
• Supporting the management on day-to-day- operations. 

The candidate must meet the below requirements: 

• Educate to degree level in Business Administration or relevant field
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written and oral) 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Good Knowledge of MS Office 
• Team player focused with a positive attitude
